Thanks to my friend Diane, I was able to go to a rural area outside of Edmonton where I saw some Common and perhaps Hoary Redpolls. I had some competition from the resident cat so it was hard to get close.
Thank goodness for long lens and good friends!

I got permission from the owner to put him indoors next time I go for a visit.
